The Retreat at Sunbrook is a high-end assisted living facility that was negotiated with a repeat client. This project was unique due to its size and numerous amenities, which included putting greens, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and more. Watts provided months of preconstruction services to take the wrinkles out of design, price-tested different construction methods and provided continual project updates. These methods provided the customer with a smooth project, eliminating significant risk from the start.
