Washington County Administration Building & Parking Structure

This project included a new 141,702 sq. ft. Administration Building and 166,080 sq. ft. Parking Structure for Washington County. Washington County, Simpson Coulter Studio, and Watts Construction worked collaboratively throughout the project to design a building that would meet the county’s needs and combine four buildings worth of services under one roof. This project received the Publisher’s Pick award from UC+D and the Overall Building Project of the Year award from AGC of Utah.
