Watts Construction recently broke ground on the first Panera Bread Cafè in Washington County! This exciting addition to the area is located in Washington, next to the new Maverik at 876 W Buena Vista Drive, Suite B. The new restaurant will span 3,860 square feet and feature a double lane drive-thru for customer convenience.
Our dedicated team of subcontractors are already hard at work installing plumbing and electrical. We are planning to pour the concrete slab in the next two weeks, which will be followed by framing shortly after.
Watts Construction is committed to completing this project on time and are slated to finish the building by the end of this year. We are excited to be building this long-anticipated addition to Southern Utah.
