ST. GEORGE, UTAH– The Reach Higher Performance Center celebrated their new premier 30,000-square-foot facility with a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Friday, September 2nd. The community gathered to tour the building, play games, listen to a live radio broadcast, and enjoy the new smoothie bar.
The Reach Higher Performance Center focuses on providing elite sports performance training to athletes across many sports. The Performance Center is home to several organizations, including Reach Higher Athletics, STG Soccer Skills, 435 Elite Volleyball, Vital Smoothies, and Prime IV Hydration & Wellness.
Dylan Adamson, one of the owners of Reach Higher Athletics, spoke about the importance of the facility and how it will enable them to expand.
He said, “It’s something we’ve dreamed of doing, being able to help the whole community of athletes, from on the field and court to off the court too. This building is going to help us do a lot of that. We’re excited about the opportunities this is going to bring.”
Adamson said they have been working toward this facility for over ten years. They offer memberships from 3rd grade to professional athletes tailored to the focus of each athlete. Trainings, leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics will take place in the building.
The new center, built by local construction manager Watts Construction, has one and a half basketball courts, a turf training area, a sprint lane, a weight room, a sports treatment room, a smoothie bar, and two tenant spaces on the second floor.
