The Comfort Inn & Suites is a three-story, 50,000 square foot, 82 room hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. Incredible collaboration between the owner, superintendent, project manager, subcontractors, and design team pushed this project to completion under budget and ahead of schedule. This allowed the owner to collect unanticipated revenue at higher seasonal rates.
