Canyon Crossing

Canyon Crossing is a three-building commercial development with eleven tenant spaces and a gas station. Watts provided this repeat client with preconstruction services and helped design, construct, and even market and lease tenant spaces. Watts also built out several of the tenant spaces. The client was so impressed with Watts’ problem-solving abilities that they plan to use us for their future gas station project.
