Washington County Grafton Building

Watts Construction has completed many projects for Washington County over our 40 years of being a local contractor. The Washington County Grafton Building has 22,165 sq ft of the exhibit hall with associated areas and 5,956 sq ft of office space that houses the Utah State University Extension operations. Watts not only met the tight schedule, but because our bid price was below the county budget, it allowed them to add more landscaping, site concrete, and site amenities without adding to the project duration.
